Face Catalogs

Here are the preliminary face catalogs; at some point in the reasonably near future, I'll be organizing them somewhat better. At the moment, they're split up based on their source file. Animated expressions are not included; we're working on them. :) So, without further ado:

How-To's

We also have some howto's; they're intended as basic starters. Look at expression.text for the nitty-gritty.

  • How to interact with expression from the prompt: simpleHowTo.txt
  • How to write .expr files (for persistent expressions / utterances): exprHowTo.txt

Script management

Drama, HCI, and other receptionist folk: there is now a snazzy new way to move your .expr files back and forth between the lab machines and your home computer or whatnot. When you loaded this page, the server time was .

File list

Note that this is a publically readable web page. If you are concerned about people potentially copying your monologues, let me know, and I can move this to a secure area of the server.

When you've edited your .expr somewhere not in the lab, you can upload it to the lab machines using this form (files are moved to the lab machines immediately):

Select your .expr to upload:
Note that there will be a bit of a delay before the page reloads; copying files over to the lab machines is slightly slow. Have patience. :)
